Shipping Policy
Free shipping is eligible for all orders above Rs.750.
A shipping charge of Rs. 30 will be, charged for all orders between Rs.500 and Rs.750.
The minimum delivery timeline is 6 hours and the maximum delivery timeline is 9 hours.
Shipping will be done as per the delivery schedule selected by the customer.
Return Policy
- We have a “no questions asked to return at delivery and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your wallet account on Chantai. in. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.
- Acceptance of returns & refund post-delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via self-service on the Chantai.in website or call on +91-9629803742 for any such requests.
- Note: As a Covid-19 safety and hygiene measure, we will not pick up any goods post-delivery. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
- You can cancel the order before three hours, from the order placement with free of a cancellation charge, however after three hours cancellation will attract the cancellation charges, you can refer to the cancellation charges while canceling the orders.
- The request for cancellation of the order can be made by canceling the order from the ‘Orders’ section under “My Account” by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by Chantai. into you from time to time.
- On the receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be canceled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
(a) You may initiate the return of Products within the timelines and as per the terms stipulated under Annexure (refer to the table provided at the end of this Policy) of this Policy. We would accept the request for the return of such a Product subject to the terms of this Policy. Chantai. in will not process returns if you have placed the order for a wrong product model, colour, or incorrect Product.
(b) You may initiate the return by clicking on the ‘return’ tab in the Order history and selecting the reason for return from the dropdown menu. The ‘return’ tab shall be available only during the duration of the return window. In case of any complaints or concerns that may arise after the closure of the return window, you may contact customer care.
(c) If you have received any Product which is eligible for return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you immediately register a request in this regard on the Chantai. in. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages, or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept, or reject the return request. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged or defective product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage or defect in the Product. Further, to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, Chantai. in may in its sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as it may deem fit.
(d) Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 1 business day from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Chantai. are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or in your wallet associated with the Chantai.in (“Wallet”) eligible for Wallet refund, as may be chosen by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.
(e) Please be informed that for Products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery, as a payment option, you will receive refunds in your bank account (as per the bank account details provided by you to us) in case the Product is purchased from a third-party seller made available. However, if the Sale was consummated by Chantai.in, you will receive your refund in your Wallet. We do not make any cash refunds.
(f) The amount claimed as a refund will be refunded to you within 15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

RETURNS PICK-UP AND PROCESSING
In case of returns where you would like the item(s) to be picked up from the address which was given earlier while delivered.
During pick-up, your product /items will be checked for the following conditions:

Undamaged Product | The product should be undamaged. |
Undamaged Packaging | The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the delivery team.
